SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - INDIA
Prana Mukti ships to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.
ORDER DISPATCH
Prana Mukti orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.
ORDER TRACKING
Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to live track your order.
ORDER DELIVERY
For India:
Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.
International orders (Outside of India):
Every package goes from one checkpoint to another before it gets delivered to you safely, the process takes time but the travel is quick. You can expect your package within 15 days from your order date. In some rare cases, any delays can be brought to our notice by emailing at info@woocommerce-659985-3635941.cloudwaysapps.com and we shall provide you with better information for your query.

Prana Mukti offers free shipping for all prepaid orders within India.

International Shipping:
International shipping charges are applicable as per the weight of the products in your order and this will be automatically added to your cart at Check Out. Our shipping charges are on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
All the product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties to receive your order on arrival. Failing to do so your order might get stuck at the customs department or it may return back to our warehouse and in such cases, we will not be able to refund the shipping charges if it returns back to us and also deduct the charges for the return.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Terms of order cancellation by customer and/or by Prana Mukti.
- We offer you the ease of cancellation of your prepaid within 24 hours of order placement. In the case of prepaid orders, refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 90 days validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 90 days period for your purchase.

- We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to various reasons that may include reasons such as unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, and intimation by our analytics team for payment-related or fraudulent practices issues, etc. In the case where prepaid orders are cancelled by Prana Mukti, we shall refund the complete amount of the order in their registered bank account with us. We shall inform the customer about the same via mail on their registered email ID. Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and binding.
REFUND POLICY
Prana Mukti does not provide any returns or refunds on products once sold and delivered.
